Litton Lions Color Fund Run

Isaac Litton PTSO is excited to host our first ever Color Fund Run—Help us build community and foster support from our neighbors by encouraging them to sponsor our students as we hit the track and make a colorful mess! Our goal is to raise $5,500 in community support to help fund classroom supplies, professional development, curriculum for students, facility upgrades, and much more!

COLOR RUN FAQ

Q: What Should You Wear?

A: We will be providing oversized white T-shirts to wear over running clothes but it’s best to send your student in clothes you don’t mind getting colorful. Pack a change of clothes and/or a towel for the ride home! The color mostly washes out after the event. As with anything dirty, the sooner you wash it the better. Color run powder can stain hair, but students can protect their hair by covering it with a hat, bandana, or a colorful wig! Also they should wear their oldest running shoes since they are bound to get messy too!

Q: Do you have a cleaning station after the race?

We will have air-blown color cleaning at the finish line. With a good dusting off, students won’t be 100% clean, but they’ll be good for the drive home. We recommend sending your student with a towel or a change of clothes if they ride the bus or attend after-care.

Q: Can spectators attend the Color Run?

Absolutely. We would love for our school community to attend. You can watch or participate in throwing the color - just be prepared to get messy! We will have a sign-in sheet at the football field for any visitors. Please follow the Clear Bag Policy if you plan on attending.
